this chart indicate the date that the cases currently being processed were
received by the Regional office from the State
Employment Security Agency, where the labor certification process
begins. Please note that the Employment and Training Administration of the
U.S. Department of Labor is undergoing a reorganization. To the extent
that regional offices are consolidated or otherwise reorganized, we will report
it in this page.
