Executive Office for Immigration Review Forms

These are forms commonly used in proceedings before the Office of the Immigration Judge and the Board of Immigration Appeals. As with all forms, you must read and understand the instructions well before using the form. Filing fees for motions and appeals are paid at the District office of BCIS (a.k.a INS) having jurisdiction over the Immigration Court in question.
