International Employment Law
This relatively new area of the law encompasses the law of international organizations. It includes each organization's human resource regulations as a law distinct from the national laws of the organizations' member countries.
More recently, the increasing dependence on contingent employment models has eroded the traditional employment relationship. Many of these changes present a continuing challenge to the concept of the international civil servant.
Non-Profit & Small Business
Some of the most significant changes in the modern world have been brought about by non-profit organizations whose mission is something other than financial profit.
Similarly, the U.S. is a leader in establishing and maintaining small business entities. The traditional corporate modality has given way to the small business and professional services-friendly environment of limited liability companies. The legal aspects of these enterprises require knowledge and experience in their application.
By serving the legal needs of both sectors of our economy, we contribute to the general well-being of our society.
